Welcome to Globyroa Women's Fitness Club ("Globyroa," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our fitness facility located at 1555 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264, our website globyroa.shop, and all related services. By becoming a member, using our facilities, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership and Services

Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to women aged 18 and over
• All members must complete a health questionnaire and waiver before using the facility
• We reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual
• Members must provide accurate and current information during registration

Membership Types and Fees

• Various membership options are available with different terms and pricing
• Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice
• Additional fees may apply for personal training and specialty services

Payment Terms

• Payment is due on the date specified in your membership agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges
• Returned payments will incur additional fees
• Members are responsible for updating payment information

Facility Use and Conduct

General Rules

• Members must present valid membership identification when requested
• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required
• Equipment must be used properly and returned to designated areas
• Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas
• Use of mobile phones should be respectful of other members

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward other members or staff
• Use of illegal substances or attendance while under the influence
• Bringing weapons or dangerous items to the facility
• Unauthorized photography or recording
• Solicitation or commercial activities without permission
• Damage to equipment or facility property

Health and Safety

Health Requirements

Members acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks
• They should consult with healthcare providers before beginning any fitness program
• They are responsible for monitoring their own health and physical limitations
• They must immediately stop exercising if they experience any discomfort or pain

Emergency Procedures

• Members must report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately
• Emergency contact information must be kept current
• Globyroa reserves the right to call emergency services when deemed necessary

Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT: By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with your participation in fitness activities
• Globyroa's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• You waive any claims against Globyroa for injuries or damages arising from your use of our facilities
• This waiver applies to all activities, including but not limited to exercise, use of equipment, and participation in classes

Cancellation and Suspension

Member-Initiated Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
• Cancellation terms vary by membership type
• Certain memberships may require advance notice for cancellation
• Refunds are subject to the terms of your specific membership agreement

Globyroa-Initiated Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Violation of these Terms or facility rules
• Non-payment of fees
• Behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of other members
• Providing false information during registration

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• The Globyroa name, logo, and branding are our exclusive property
• Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission
• User-generated content may be used by Globyroa for promotional purposes

Privacy and Data Protection

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members through:

Dispute Resolution Process

• Initial disputes should be addressed directly with Globyroa management
